Future Runners,
The EHS Cross Country Team is hosting a youth running camp June 10-14th from 9-10am at the EHS track.
We are working hard to help build the running program at the high school by bridging the gap between younger runners & the beginning of their high school experience.
This camp will be a fun way to introduce youth to the fundamentals of running, stretching, goal setting & healthy habits!
All registration proceeds will go to help fund the 2024 EHS Cross Country Team this fall.

Southside Elementary is offering a fun two week Summer STEM Camp available Monday, June 10 through Friday June 21 from 8:00-12:15. Breakfast and lunch are provided. Please reach out to your child's classroom teacher if you are interested.
All ECSD schools and offices are closed today, Monday, May 27 in honor of the Memorial Day holiday. Classes and normal activities will resume tomorrow Tuesday, May 28. Due to the Monday holiday, the school week shifts Tuesday-Friday. School is in session at all ECSD schools this Friday, May 31.
There will be no school on Monday May 27th in observance of Memorial Day!
Power is back on at school and we are back to a normal learning environment.
We currently have no power at Southside Elementary, we will continue with school as best as we can. We will provide updates as they come.

Pleases join us for Kindergarten Orientation tomorrow night, May 16th from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm.
Jerky is in and will be available for pickup tomorrow afternoon Tuesday May 14th and Wednesday May 15th from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the warehouse behind the school on Lyon ST.
If you are not available to pick up the jerky at these scheduled times please contact Nancy @ 775-385-4327 to make arrangements.

Week of March 25 - March 28
*Parent Teacher Conferences will be this Tuesday, March 26, and Wednesday, March 27. Students will be dismissed at 12:10 on both days.
*Thursday, March 28 students will be released at 1:45 for spring break.
*There will be no tutoring this week.
*Spring Break is April 1 - April 4 and school will resume on April 8.
Spring Pictures will be on March 20th and March 21st.

Due to icy roads, drifting snow and poor road conditions, Elko, Carlin and Spring Creek schools are on a 2-hour delay Monday, March 4th.
Come join us for Bingo Night on Wednesday, March 6 from 5:30 - 6:30.
This Thursday is popcorn day, bring $1 and purchase a bag of popcorn at the end of your lunch!
Due to the Holiday on Monday there will be school this Friday, February 23rd.
