Southside Elementary School was briefly placed on lockdown after the Centegix badge alarm system was inadvertently activated. The situation was quickly investigated, and no threat was found.

We’re inviting all students to design an advertising poster showcasing the excitement of science, technology, engineering, and math. Winning entries will earn a $25 cash prize and a winner's ribbon and have their poster printed, framed, and displayed to highlight their achievement.
