Tomorrow, November 14, is World Diabetes Awareness Day. In honor of this important day, we invite all students and staff to wear blue to show support for those affected by diabetes. Together, we can help raise awareness and show our commitment to understanding and supporting those living with this condition.

This is just a reminder that school will be dismissed at 12:10 today and tomorrow for parent teacher conferences.

Parents: Your child will be bringing home the 2024-25 Federal Impact Aid Form on or about September 30. These forms are pre-bubbled. All you need to do is update your work status. Please complete all the fields that pertain to you, date and sign, and have your child return it to their school as soon as possible. By returning this form, you are helping our school district receive the appropriate amount of funding for our schools from the federal government.

Join us on Thursday, September 26 at 6:30 for a fun and cozy evening with your Southside family! Bring your blankets, chairs, and loved ones as we watch a family-friendly movie together. Popcorn and lemonade will be provided by the PTA.🍿

We have made adjustments to several bus routes following the first few weeks of school. Most changes for Spring Creek are minor, while the Elko routes have undergone more significant updates. If your student rides the Dragonfly bus to Adobe, please be aware that this route has the most notable changes. Our first theme is "Get to Know YOU," where we’ll focus on developing self-awareness. We invite you to join us on this journey and explore ways to practice these skills at home with your child.
